Winning the Gold Trophy at the 12th PCERF Safety Awards is more than just a win for our trophy cabinet—it is a validation of the hard work and discipline of every member of our Navimumbai project team.
The STT Data Center Project at Navi Mumbai presented unique challenges. Working on advanced infrastructure requires precision, and with that precision comes the need for world-class safety protocols. Throughout the project’s duration, our site leadership demonstrated that high-speed execution doesn’t have to compromise on safety standards. This award specifically recognizes our Category A achievement in Building Development, setting a new benchmark for the sector.

Our Navi Mumbai site implemented several proactive risk management practices that went beyond standard requirements. These included digitized safety monitoring systems, daily leadership safety walks, and a localized "Safety Champion" program that rewarded workers for reporting near-misses before they could become accidents.
